325i l6 2.5 STOCK turbochgr possible?????????

I got my 02 325 i and i was wondering if a turbo running no more than 10lbs on a stock 325i engine ruin its inside or break down? Also it only has no more than 85xxxx miles. Help is very apreciated thanks
