Hi,
I have a problem with my HID kit that's driving me a bit crazy.
I purchased digital canbus ballasts (included in a HID kit) from a reputable company.
The problem is the bulbs will only fire up with the ignition or battery ON for at least 10 seconds. If I merely turn the battery ON and dont wait for 10 seconds before turning the light switch to low beam, I get bulb out warning and lights not firing up.
The e46 electrical system should be able to handle the high current draw to ignite the bulbs, no?
I have a brand new 72AH OEM/Varta battery in my 2001 BMW.
This is not bi-xenon.
