325i lowered wearing out tires

I bought this e46 about 3weeks ago. It's lowered and scrapes going over speed bumps. Here's my problem, the inner part of the tires are wearing funny...what's the easiest way to fix this? Can you change the camber on these cars or just put it back to stock height? I don't have to have it lowered. Thx
