just one coolant drain screw?

So I got under my car for the first time to do a coolant flush, and I found just one blue drain screw. Isn't there supposed to be two? Please see the picture attached. What is that silver box thing? I don't see it in any of the coolant flush DIYs I checked out.



Also, is the screw circled in the other picture the engine block drain plug? Thanks!
