Morimoto XSB Switchback Issue

Hey all, having a slight issue with the trigger wiring for the XSB switchbacks. I'll do a quick run down and see what you guys think.

Problem: When the trigger wire is spliced into the turn signal wire on its respective side, the halos turn orange whenever my lights are on. Not just when the directional is activated as it should.

When the car is on and the lights are off, the halos are on and white. As soon as any power goes to the corners, the halos switch to orange. This should only occur when the directionals are activated.

Without the trigger wire being connected, the halos are the proper white color. Turn on and off properly and such.

So for the wiring, this is how I currently have it hooked up. (As suggested by RetroFit):

Grounds are connected to the OEM Grounding nut independently.

White "power" wire is spliced into the accessory wire in the DME. (White/Red wire with the yellow/gold tracers).

Orange trigger wires were spliced into the directional wire on their respective sides. Both sides had 2 wires to the directional bulb. I spliced into the non-brown wire on both sides, as from what I read that seems to be a ground.

I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue, or if they see what I'm doing wrong/how to fix it. Thanks ahead of time!
