No power on cylinder 3!

Need your help guys, I don't have no power on cylinder 3 I have change the boots everything I could of, whenever I unplug another plugs from another cylinder you I can hear the car loosing power but whenever I unplug the plug from cylinder 3 there no sound change.

I don't have power there like it was unplug. Idk what to do now any tip what should I look for now... Could it be the inductor wire and that's why the car is killing the power from cylinder 3 ? Idk I'm guessing here i have misfiring in cylinder 3 with fuel cutoff p1347 pls help...
