Misfire cold starts p0303

Hey everyone I posted before but im still getting a misfire on cold starts I let the car warm up runs like crap till I turn the car of and back on and will run smooth again what ive done so far is changed spark plugs coil boots swapped out ignition coil 3 and 2 and still a missfire on 3 I checked compression compression is good each cylinder was between 190 to 175 no vacuum leaks im at a loop here next thing is to check fuel injectors how can I know if its bad without pulling them out will that even be the issue help plz
