Violent Vibration!!!

I have recently come across an issue that is driving me crazy. The issue is most noticeable when in 3rd gear and hitting the acceleration moderately. When I hit the acceleration I get a violent vibration that shakes the entire cab on the car. If I press the clutch in and coast it is gone. It does happen in all gears under heavy load but I get the most violent shaking in 3rd gear probably because I can get more torque on it. 2002 325Ci with 97K on it as well. Will post a video soon on the thread. I believe its in the drive shaft and probably the carrier bearing as I already replace flex disc. I could be completely wrong tho.
