My ac isn't working

U live in south Florida where it is hot as hell and sticky. I got in my 330ci yesterday and my ac wouldn't turn on. I frustratingly pushed all the buttons and it kicked back on. After fueling up I started my car and no ac once again. It's not blowing or anything!! I can here the compressor kick in when I switch on the ac, but no air comes out.. Same with heater.
