Creaking noise behind front right wheel only

Can anyone have some input on this matter.....Recently I've installed a new coil over kit and lowered about 30mm no noises no issues. The following week I got a local mechanic to install Mayle front bushes for me and now the creaking coming from the front right hand side is unbearable only when I turn the wheel but worse when turned to the right,he tells me it's the lower ball joints which I don't think it is....I think it's the springs making that awful noise. If it is the springs how do I go about curing it?
