OEM or Dynavin Help!

Well I want to upgrade my ICE, Actually I have a Pioneer Avic X1, two JL Audio subs & Momo Polk Audio front system & 12' Sub.



I really want to get the OEM look.



But what is better? Money no object would you go for the OEM components with screen, modules etc...

And what modules would I need to retrofit OEM Sat/Nav without TV

or is it better to buy a Dynavin type screen. If so which is the best from all? (Dynavin, EONON, Etc...)
