New key won't program

Hey guys fixed my no start problem with a shiny beautiful new key! But now the key won't remotely lock or unlock the doors or trunk. My other doesn't work at all. Any ideas on how to reprogram it? I've already researched and gone to the dealership and they couldn't do it either. I've tried various methods but to no avail.
