Month long car storage

My Company is sending me out of town for a month, and I will need to park my car for that time. I live in a city, and street park. The best i have found is a shipping container on Treasure Island for $100 a month. I am sure anyone not from a city think that is a crazy idea, I think its actually not bad.

To the meat of it, whats the storage process? I've had outboards and winterized peoples boats in the North-East, so my list would looks soothing like this:

  • Fill gas tank (prevents condensation/water in fuel)

  • change oil (fresh anti corrosion and seal additives, as well as not letting dirt pile up for a long period of time)

  • Fog cylinders with oil (prevents corrosion in combustion chamber)

  • Get exterior waxed

I may remove the battery and bring it back to the shop and see if anyone is willing to plug in a battery charger every weak or so when I am gone.

I don't really want to jack it up, but I can if I have to.

Should I de-pressurize the fuel system?

Should I drive it for an hour or two at speed before letting it sit?

Any other suggestions?
