Home AC unit help

I dont know much about HVAC, but from what I gather



Replace compressor.

Recharge system.

Test and start system.

The condenser recommended to be replaced



Im sure I have a split system





I just went outside and this is my condenser(compressor?)





can I just replace this outer unit with this new condenser below(by a pro) and call it a day?
