Clutch making noise

I have a 2003 325i with 147000kms on it I just replaced the clutch at a local bimmer shop with a Sachs clutch. For the past 2 days that I have had it it's been making a weird noise only when I start it up early in the morning. Not to sure how to explain the noise happens for a quick second but other than that it's been grabbing and driving good
