318i e46 start issues

Weather is warm and so E46 start to behave weird :) Problem is next:Yesterday i went out for a drink(15kilometers from my home) and when i arrived i normally turned the car off. I've been there for a more than hour and when i went home i tried to start the car but it needed more cranks than normally. I want to say that when car is cold it cranks approx. 2 times and turns on. After driving a while, and let it cool down a little bit(let it cool for more than hour) it takes 7-8 cranks to start up. At the morning when the car is completely cool starts normally. When the winter was i didn't have those problems. Only when it is warmer. I had those issues past year but than i tought it will be ok because winter came. But it looks it is still the same. However, car starts up everytime but it need more cranks than usually, and i think that is not normal. I try to read trouble codes but no success. Everything is just fine. Glow plugs are completely new.
