smg 11 problem

hi am new owner of 645 smg 11 car has been in .munich lengends for repairs .they cant get any fault codes every thing working as it should . it will change gears when on ramps but when lowered to ground will not select gears . it will go into gear if pushed its trying to select as you can hear it . could this be compression springs .as they say pump is with in bmw specs. they have no idea., where to go now other than throw parts at it. its had new actuator and sensor 708 pounds bmw . box has been out and check clutch is good .i have new pump to fit . do you think maybe compression springs .as i did asked to check but hasnt been done yet any help please so i can get car on rd many thanks
