Oil change... What will be corect choise?

Hello... I start drive BMW month ago and want to change oil now and really dont no witch oil will be corect... About manufacturer I now, but dont no about witch numbers is corect - 10w40, 5w40, 0w60 etc. witch number is for me? I have BMW E46 328i. Thanks
