need help with my new LCM

got a new LCM from an 05 325ci to match my OEM LED tail lights..



i need help with the ff using Pasoft



1: can't write the correct VIN (FGSTNR), tried resetting to defaults etc but all i got is this error?? am i doing something wrong?









2: High beam headlights doesnt work, i just have the blue indicator in my cluster but it doesnt work..



any help appreciated..
