Eared adaptions now revs bound

I cleared all the adaptions in the vehicle and as soon as I did the throttle body one the revs started bouncing up and down.



I clear the code and the revs return to normal. However once I turn off the car and restart it the issue comes back until I clear the code.



WTF did I do?
