Oxygen Sensor Prodlems

Hi, I have just replaced my o2 pretty cat sensor on my first bank after getting a fault code. Reason I only replaced on is because the other one was the wrong type. But now since I replace it the new o2 sensor is throwing miss fire codes for 1 and 3 and 2 fuel trim malfunctions any help would be appreciated. The replacement o2 sensor was a walker either a 250-24392 or a 250-24611 can't remember which one was the wrong one and which is the new one.
