Loud whine when turning

Since last week when turning at low speed this loud whine comes up, will continue even after straightening the wheel then after couple seconds quiet down. Started out with just turning left but now i think i hear it turning right as well. I figured it's a power steering fluid or pump, until i notice the whine while not as loud as turning, is there when driving straight or parked. Any input? Turning the wheel parked doesn't increase the noise only when turning while moving slowly. The video can't capture the exact whine, it's much louder in person obviously. Thanks in advance
