Any reason *not* to get an AGM Battery?

I'll eventually need to replace the battery in my newly acquired 325iT.

given the fact that in a wagon the battery is essentially in the passenger compartment (instead of the trunk) this seems like a perfect application for an AGM battery, which is sealed and doesn't need venting.

There's no need to register the battery in an e46 (unlike the e90s), right?

And sears is selling a Die Hard AGM in both the 49 and 94 size for $143 and $151 respectively.

It's got 850 CCA is plenty more than the OEM battery and most other Lead Acid options.

Given all that, and the rather modest price difference ($50 is gas money after all) is there any reason, *not* to go AGM?
