-11.5 rear camber

So today i went to a shop wanted to go -11.5 in the rear previously had -8 as i was taking off the car off the ramps found out my wheels wouldn't spin or move then found out my shafts weren't taking all that camber anyone have a idea how i can get to camber it -11.5
