e92 335i now or f32 435i later?

I feel like it's time to upgrade from the e46. But my dilemma is I could either get a 2011 335i now or wait another year and look for a 435i when they've come down in price a bit. What would you do? I think the biggest advantage with waiting is I'd have a "current" model BMW for the next 5 years or so vs out-dated right away.
