BMW e46 stalls out!

BMW e46 keeps stalling out! Service engine soon, eml, brake, battery and traction control!?

Hello. I have a 2004 BMW 325i with 100,000 miles. I recently just got this car about 3 months ago and unfortunately it's been giving me some problems. After about 35 minutes of driving it stalls out. This has happened twice! The first time the car was very rough at idle and several lights came on. The service engine soon, EML yellow light, red battery, traction control and brake light came on at the same time. The car then stalled out and once I turned the car back on the lights went away and the car drove fine. After that incident I went and got new intake boots installed in hopes that it would solve the issue. A week later when I was on the highway and it happened again! The car just stalled out in the middle of the highway and all the lights came on. This time when turned on the car the service engine light came on and hasnt gone away since. I had my a/c on in both incidents(if that helps). I hope this is nothing major. Thank you and I appreciate your time.
