Used engine price

what would be a fair price on a engine with 20k / 25k miles. I'm still not sure if it's 2.2L, 2.5L 3.0L



There is a guy who is parting out his car and engine has only 20k/25k miles. I know the engine has not been started in years. What i need to replace?
