Is this reasonable for labor cost

Aside from DIY to save money I just want to know if the labor cost is reasonable here.



I'm planning to change out the water pump, thermostat, drive belts(serpentine, AC), Engine Mounts, and Cooling fan blade.



Total Labor cost is $400. Does this sound reasonable?
