Shuddering when taking off in 1st gear

I've looked up tons of posts about this and all of them are inconclusive. My car has 137k miles, brake, clutch, tranny, and diff fluid was all flushed at 120k, new single mass clutch/flywheel kit at 136k and poly rear diff bushings all 3. New at 135k. I'm confused on why my car is making this sound, it almost sounds like it's coming from the tranny but I'm not sure, anyone have any insight on why my car is doing this? All other gears are fine, it's just when taking off or in reverse that it'll make a kinda shudder noise, I can feel it and hear it. I'll try and make a video to
