need help with turbo setup for my s54

ok sorry bout the noob post, i have done some research but do not know exactly what kind of turbo setup i should go with for my e46 m3. yes im sure i want to turbo and not super. i do not know alot about turbochargers systems lol. what is the best turbo to use for the s54 engine, with least amount of turbo lag with a good amount of boost, i still want a reliable car. after the setup, what kind of injectors ect. again sorry for the noob questions obviously i would love to go buy the hpf setup but im not that rich lol. i want to be around the 450 or 500 rwhp area. also if anybody has anything for sale that might help me out with this project i would be interested thanks alot...-Zen 716-777-2662
