Mass Air Sensor Boot help!!!

My check engine light came on last night and I stopped at Autozone and they read the codes as P0171 & 174. I have had these codes before so I knew it had something to do with the Mass Air Sensor. When I checked it this morning I saw that the one of the rubber hoses that connects to the mass air sensor boot has worn away. Can anyone tell me what the part number is for the hose lines that run off the boot? I don't know if I have to buy a whole new line or can I just replace the rubber hose section. I checked realoeam but can't seem to find a picture of the lines that run off the boot. Sorry if this is in a thread somewhere already posted, I looked but I didn't see anyone talk about the lines that come off the boot.
