M3 or 330i ZHP???

Hello guys, I'm new to the forums and this is my 1st post so if I'm posting in the wrong section, just let me know. I'm in the process of buying a car right now and I've looked at a couple 2003 M3s and a 2005 330i ZHP that I liked a lot. I've narrowed it down to 1 M3(122k miles) and the 330i ZHP(138k) miles. I know I can afford both and the maintenance that comes along with both but for those who know more about these cars than I do, your opinions and knowledge would be helpful. Both were clean on the interior and some minor scratches and no dents on both
