Factory alarm retro fit questions

I'm looking to add the factory alarm to my non factory equipped touring. From what I've read, there are three components needed: 1) siren 2) motion sensor from middle headliner cover, and 3) tilt sensor from trunk.



Will the 3 parts work if pulled out of an E38 or E39?
