CEL Light and tons of fault codes

I've owned my '01 330i for about a year and a month or so ago the CEL came on. I checked the codes and got P0171 and P0174 codes. I wasn't sure what it was so I kept driving it, as the car was running fine. The car recently running a little rougher. I was at a stoplight yesterday and the car started to idle a little rough. When I went to accelerate, there was a significant decrease in power and it felt like it might be misfiring. I turned the car off and back on and it seemed to fix it. The same thing happened again today on the way to work, and I did the same thing, turning it off and back on, which seemed to fix it, but it is still idling a rougher. Last night I also noticed that the engine was making a slight clacking noise, which scares me.

I ran the codes and got these:

P0365 - Camshaft Position Sensor "B" Circuit

P1343 -

P0171 - System Too Lean

P0456 - Evaporative Emission Systen Leak Detected (very small leak)

P0313 - Misfire Detected with Low Fuel

P0174 - System Too Lean

I read about the vanos issues that can cause some of these symptoms, but wanted to get some input before I take that on.

Does this sound like a vanos issue? Or maybe something else?
