[video] Is this a normal noise when the rear wheel bearing craps out?

Replaced the rear wheel bearings last year, about 10k miles ago, recently I started getting a whining noise from the right side of my car... thinking it was front wheel bearing I replaced that again this morning, noise is still there...



Took everything in the right rear apart.... so it has to be the wheel bearing, but i'm used to a grumbling noise... this whining baby noise is freaky :lmao:
