WTB RWD E46 automatic sedan (NJ)

I've got a new driver in the house, and the only automatic car we have is my land-yacht E38. Looking for a decent, reasonably-priced ($4k-ish) E46 in the Central NJ area, but will travel for the right car. I am actively scouring CraigsList in a 300-mile radius, but I figured I'd post here in case anyone has something suitable.



Must have:

4 doors

automatic

decent maintenance records

rear wheel drive (no xi)



Strongly preferred:

under 150k miles
