Weird Steering Vibration, ideas?

My 2002 330ci has been having a weird steering wheel vibration I have not been able to track down. I have had my wheels balanced twice, on road force testers, and it realigned twice. It seems, on and off, to vibrate the steering wheel starting around 45, with the worse around 60, and then down to a hum around 80mph. On some roads I dont notice it, but others it makes my hands want to shake off the wheel. Not sure what this could be. It has new tie rods rear control arms, rtabs, rtab ball joints, and control arm bushings on it btw also. konis have 15k on them. Tires are newish. Air pressure 35/37. Ideas? Thanks in advance.
