I thought I'd start my first thread on this forum of my 2002 facelift 330d. Its a 135kw (184hp) 390nm. Mileage is 417 000kms and still going strong
Mods to date are:
Koni Str.ts
Eibach prokit 330d specific springs (I had H&R 6cylinder springs on and they slammed it to the ground)
Full powerflex bushes
Sway bar end links
Complete tie rods
EGR delete
Swirl flap delete
EGR cooler delete
Downpipe and mid pipe decat
Racechip pro2 (not on the car yet finishing the manual conversion)
Turbo reconditioned original turbo never recond never replaced at 417k kms recond it for peace of mind.
Subframe reinforcement
And probably a bunch I've forgotten
Anyway I'm busy with a manual conversion. I'm using a E90 330d 6speed manual gearbox. I've had to get a custom adaptor plate and flywheel spacer made for it to fit. I was initially told it would fit but oh well. And the gearbox carrier mounting points I had modified. The conversion is almost complete just some coding left and need to pick up my propshaft which was shortened.
Anyway here are a bunch of pics through the processes I've been through. I hope they make sense its taken from my thread on the local bmw forum. I know forum users a pic whores. But maybe I've over done it :D

With the H&R springs, if I cornered hard and hit a slight bump the bumper would scrape.
