Just bought a beautiful 325XI

Hey all! Just bought a nice 325xi 5MT with 139K, beautiful inside and out, 1 owner & well maintained by dealer for $4K. But while I was driving back i did hear a some sort of whistling noise while AC was on. but then it would go away. What can it be?
