Interior LED retrofit on ECSTuning - Eagle Eye tails vs OEM?

I'm going to be picking up a set of Eagle Eye tails in the next few months, and eventually I'll be doing interior LED fittings. The one here:

Says it's for Eagle Eye lights only. Why exactly is that?
