Car History:
The car is originally from Lexington North Carolina before ultimately ending up in CA 6 months later when the original owner relocated to the SF Bay Area. Since that time, the car has been in CA and more specifically, in the Bay Area. The second owner purchased the car in August of 2006 and kept it for about 6 years. The third owner (from whom I bought the car) had the car for about 1-1.5 years before selling it to me. The car has an extensive and documented maintenance history going back to the 1200 mile service.
This is one of the lightest E46 M3 configurations you can get. Low options, no sunroof, no nav. It is ready to go to the track!

Current Condition :
Currently, the car is in excellent condition. There are no outstanding maintenance items, this is a turn key car. The car truly needs nothing. The rear tires are at about 5/32 and will need replacement in the future, but you can hop in and drive without worry
The interior is in absolutely spectacular condition. It is very clean. Both front seats have intact bolsters with the drive side showing slightly more wear than the passenger side, as you would expect. However, the are no rips, tears or other material failures in either the driver side or passenger side bolsters.
The car is garaged every night and serviced exclusively by Performance Technic in Dublin/Pleasanton CA. It is set up to be a perfect balance between a daily driver and a HPDE/TT car. Drive it every day, drive it to the track, drive it on the track or go for a road trip. This car can handle it all.
