Coupe Rear Window Parts Assembly Order?

Both of the rear windows on my 330Ci have lost their "button" assembly that sticks through the glass and attaches to the little arm that moves the glass in and out. I have the new parts, but can someone please explain the order in which the parts need to be assembled?



There's the button (goes outside the glass and slides onto another piece that goes through the glass and has a socket on it that attaches to the ball on the end of the arm that moves in and out), and then there is a rubber washer, a metal washer, and a metal "horseshoe" washer that slides on somehow.
