E46 auto a/c disable

I want to code my A/C so that it stay s off and manually turned it on when needed.

It annoys me that it automatically turns on every time the car starts.





Who knows how to do this in NCEx?

I know that it can be realised by upgrading to a newer a c unit but that's option # 99!!!:tsk:
