They're in pretty decent shape, a bit of dings and scratches but they could be cleaned up pretty easily I think. The worst of it you can see on the second one at 6 o'clock in the picture. Everything else is real light though.
I went to a squared 19x8 setup and I touched up all four wheels with the little BMW touchup paint stick. It turned out pretty well. If I had any left I'd include it with these wheels but I pretty much used it all up. You can get the kit on ebay for about $30 and it looks like this: http://ift.tt/1rCe8MX That's what I'd recommend to fix these up.
To figure out what shipping would cost, it would be two boxes, 33 lbs. each, and 21"x21"12" each. And I'm located in 73703. I can ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whatever you prefer. If it ended up being cheaper than what you payed, I'd send the difference back. I'm not trying to make any money on shipping.
