Advise me fitness fanatics! tb330's progress thread

Its been awhile since I had the 330 so not sure how many remember me, but this forum has one of the more active health/fitness subforums so figured Id stop back by and pick your brains/post progress.



About 2 years ago I lost ~70 lbs and have maintained at ~150 since. Just finished p90x3 and not seeing the results Id like..getting some nice strength gains, but not much of a physique change. Ive got the dreaded noodle arms so trying to build them up. I really like the structure of P90x so thinking of coupling the arm/chest workouts from P90x with running. Thoughts or recommendations?



I have a chin-up bar and some assorted weights to work with, but the gym really isnt an option for more than 1-2 days a week with my work schedule.
