I'm currently negotiating on a 2002 M3 that has a salvaged Title. Also the car has a bad Dme(ecu) and the head liner needs to be replaced. The current owner says the car was Salvaged because of a rear end collision a few years ago. My thinking is the car is worth about $6,500 maybe $7,000. What are your opinion?
