Sunroof trouble

Okay so after a ton of searching I have came up with really nothing. I'm not sure if it is off track or what. Basically the passenger side works no problem but on the driver side the arm that the glass is bolted too, will not move at all. If I just tap the switch I get a really loud click. I can feel something moving underneath the visor, it almost kind of buldges up. I've dealt with this for two years and I'm finally to the point where I need to since it. All I have found is the sunshade stuff. Someone please help!!! Any input is appreciated! Really don't wanna have to go to the dealer. Thanks!
