Out of fuel at 1/4 tank or 100 range!

Hey guys I've read a few old forums on my issue but can't seem to pinpoint my specific problem. I have some guesses but would love your guy's help before I start spending cash on random parts.

I have a 2004 325i (126k miles) that runs out of fuel on the right (main fuel tank) side at around 70-100 range left or 1/4 less tank. I've had this problem for a while and has left me on the road 3-4 times. I ran the fuel test 19-6 on the dash while driving around lately until I ran out of gas tonight on the freeway.

Right before AND when I ran out of fuel tonight the test showed that I had around 12 liters in the left tank and 00.0 in the right.

When i got home after adding around a gallon or two, it showed i had about 13.0 liters on the left and a bit on the right.

I opened up the left side of the tank to see if it actually did have 13.0 in the left and sure enough it was full of unused fuel.

I know the siphon pump is suppose to let fuel back into the right side of the tank but obviously it's not. But am wondering if it could be something else.

The car also has known problems/codes of

P111F

P0174

System Too Lean (Bank2)

P0153

02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

And a ambient air temperature reader that reads 111F to 122F (varies throughout) that I tried to change but new one is still faulty.

I've replaced an intake hose that connects to the MAF and replaced the fuel filter/regulator and the hoses connecting to it.

What do you guyz think? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
