N42 318ci Engine- SAP valve connector/manifold template- need a metal one?!

Hi Guys,



new to E46fan's and loving it so far!



My second BMW now, the E46 Coupe 318 manual, gorgeous car, has a little issue.



I suspect somehow that exhaust gas is coming back up the pipe to my SAP valve as all of the platic components are getting melted!



I'm going to replace the valve as I believe its no longer a "1 way" valve, the annoying little :censor:



I'm aking everyone here if anyone has a design template for the little flanged manifold connector, the plastic one, that bolts onto the face of the valve and provides the circular tube for th hoseto lock onto.



I'm hoping to get a local company to fabricate me a one off custom metal verion of that connector and then weld a metal pipe to it that will replace the current rubber hose to the scondary air pump.



Of course I'm guesing that after replacing the valve with a new one, I wont need the metal replacement parts, but I live in Cyprus where it gets to 45 degrees celsius this time of year, so no chances lol!!



Has anyone got a template/design of the connector that can be used to design a metal replacement? I would use mine as a template, if it wasn't almot liquid lol :-(
