Hey everybody,
I am just throwing this out there for anyone who is not mechanically incline and not a great DIY'er. If you need any work done to your e46/e36, please message me and we can workout a price. You would have to travel to New York.
I am not a professional mechanic. but I sure am an expert DIYer/mechanically inclined. I definently specialize in maintenance.
Maintenance would include:
Cooling system overhaul
oil change
belts
pulleys
valve cover gaskets
etc.
If its something I can do in front of my driveway, then most likely I am able to do it. Nobody wants to go pay an indy shop or stealership to have work done. Of course you may believe that its going to be done "right" or what not, but then again, the labor rates range anywhere from $85-120+. I can guarantee that if I agree to the work on whatever you need to get done, then nothing would go wrong. I would decline certain jobs if I am not too confident about it.
Background experience:
Ive owned 2 e46s for the past couple of years, all maintenance done by myself. And currently maintain my e36 m3. I work on my friends e46 m3s on a daily basis because they need a hell lot of attention. You know as well as I do, these cars definently do need attention. I do have experience in this field
Recent work:
There was a recent member who posted on the forum asking for some maintenance work. He is not hands on and he does not want to pay the dealer to get the work done. I had to change his OFHG on his e46 touring as well as an oil change. All parts were provided by the owner.
If anyone is interested, feel free to private message me. I am not looking to make a fortune off of you. My weekends are free and would like to make something out of my weekends. My job's salary just doesnt cut it for me.
